اللهم
ارزقنا صحبة الهين اللين،ممتد الود رحيم الجوار، مؤتمن الجانب، طيب الذكر،بشوش الوجه يسير المعشر، كثير النفع قليل المنة، واسع الفهم رحب الأفق، سريع الفطنة، من نلمس فيه المستراح والمستقر ولا يحول بيننا وبينه الفزع، وارزقنا حسن الختام.

اے اللّٰہ
ہمیں (ایسے احباب کی رفاقت و) صحبت عطا کیجیے :
جو متواضع و نرم خو ، وسیع دوستی و تعلق والے ، مہربان ہمسائیگی والے ، لائق اعتبار سمت والے ، اچھی شہرت کے حامل ، خوش باش چہرہ والے ، آسان معاشرتی تعلق والے ، زیادہ نفع بخش ، احسان کم جتانے والے، کھلی سمجھ والے ، وسیع النظر ، انتہائی ذہین ، جن سے تعلق میں ہم راحت اور قرار محسوس کریں اور ہمارے اور ان کے درمیان (کسی طرح کی) گبھراہٹ ( اجنبیت) حائل نہ ہو ،
اور ہمیں (زندگی سمیت ہر معاملہ کا) خوبصورت انجام عطا کیجیے ۔
( اے اللّٰہ ! ہماری دعائیں قبول فرما لیجیے!)

O Allah!
Grant us the companionship of such friends:
Who are balanced and gentle; who maintain deep friendship and relationships; who are kind-hearted and neighbourly; who are competent and reliable; who have a good reputation; who have a smile on their face; who are easy to socialise with; who are beneficial to others; who do not speak or boast about favours conferred on others; who are open-minded; who are broad-minded; who are highly intelligent; with whom we feel comfortable and find repose.
And may there be no alienation or awkwardness between us and them,
And grant us (in every aspect of life) a beautiful end.O Allah! Accept our prayers!
